Can I bring my own food or drinks?

Absolutely! While we offer a variety of delicious on-site options, you are more than welcome to bring your own food and beverages to enjoy during your stay. We want you to feel right at home at The William Tell.

Are there on-site event planning services?

Yes, our experienced event team includes a dedicated coordinator who will work with you to handle all the details, from venue setup and vendor coordination to creating a timeline for your event.

Can guests stay at the hotel?

Yes, we offer newly remodeled guest rooms. We can also arrange a special block of rooms for your guests, making it convenient for those traveling from out of town.

What are your policies on decorations?

We encourage you to personalize your event space with decorations. We do have some restrictions, such as the use of open flames (with the exception of candles in approved holders) and confetti. Our event coordinator can provide a full list of policies

Is parking available for my guests?

We offer on-site parking for all event guests. Valet service may also be available upon request.
